Next steps 

1. Suitability questions  – please begin by filling out the form below and attaching your CV
2. Video and Voice test – Please upload a short video of yourself speaking as you would to a client and attach the file to this form. Further instructions below
3. Online assessment – Once we review your application, we will be in touch with a
   link to your online assessment, which will take approximately 30 minutes to
   complete.
4. Final interview – with our Team Leader and will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete
5. Reference check – 1 written reference required
6. Contract
